Today, Waldorf University announced the hiring of David S. Calloway as the new head coach of the Waldorf Warrior football team. This move comes after former head coach Tyler Chapa announced his resignation from the position on November 17. Coach Calloway will become the sixth head coach to lead the Warriors since they became a four year institution.

Coach Calloway comes from more than 25 years of football experience at the collegiate level. Most recently, Coach Calloway was the associate head coach and defensive coordinator at Missouri Valley College, an NAIA school in the Heart of American Conference. Prior to that, Calloway was the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a Division 1 football program playing in the Football Championshi
