Sheinelle Jones will be joining the “Today” show’s fourth hour next year.
Announced on Tuesday, Jones will take over Hoda Kotb’s former position , who left the popular lifestyle and talk show, previously called “Today with Hoda and Jenna,” in January.
“Today with Jenna and Sheinelle” will premiere on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026.
“Today, I am so thrilled to announce I have found my forever friend, and we are going to start a brand new journey in January,” Bush Hager said during the Dec. 9 broadcast. “I couldn’t be more excited to share this person with you all.”
Bush Hager described Jones as an “extraordinary broadcaster” who “exemplifies exactly what this show is all about.”
