Roman Kemp discovered that "happiness is a decision" during his time on Celebrity Race Across the World.
The 32 year old presenter took part in the BBC show alongside his sister Harley Moon, and Roman confesses that the series imparted an invaluable life lesson to him.
The television personality - son of musician Martin Kemp and singer Shirlie Holliman - shared: "I'd say it was the biggest point of self-reflection, you know, because Harley and I have always, been very acutely aware of where we're from and the privileges that we have, but I think it was the first time that we could really look and see that its not necessarily about what you have or don't have –it's that you can actually find happiness wherever it is.
