Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) drew outrage from conservatives after posing alongside a founder of a leftist grassroots peace and social justice organization.

Medea Benjamin, the co-founder of Code Pink, posted on X Wednesday that the group had visited Greene to tell her “we will miss her” and thank her for becoming a “strong” anti-war voice in Congress.

Greene, who recently announced she will step down from her House seat early amid a public breakup with President Donald Trump , replied to the post, saying she is “America First and fully against funding foreign wars.”
