Dec 11 (Reuters) – A Democrat-backed ‍bill to extend an expiring ‌Affordable Care ‌Act federal subsidy for three years to help Americans ‍pay health insurance premiums ‍was failing to win enough votes ‍to advance in the ‍U.S. ‍Senate on Thursday.
