Sandy Peggie – the Scottish nurse who objected to sharing a female changing room with a transgender doctor – has announced she will appeal her employment tribunal judgement, which was published earlier this week.

Her supporters highlighted inaccuracies in the ruling, including one quote which they said was “completely made up”. Sandy Peggie won a claim for harassment against her employer, NHS Fife. But all other allegations of discrimination and victimisation were dismissed.
