Mohave County grew by 1.3% over the past year, to keep pace with the rest of Arizona

Mohave County's population has grown by 1.3% in last fiscal year, putting it exactly on par with the statewide average in Arizona, according to new estimates by the Arizona Commerce Authority.

The new estimates show that Mohave County as a whole grew by 2,971 residents to a population of 231,078 from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025, keeping the county on pace with the rest of the state. The smallest city in the county was also the fastest growing over the past year, as Colorado City grew 5.0% by adding 168 residents to reach 3,512. Meanwhile, Mohave County's largest city grew the slowest as Lake Havasu City added 268 residents to grow 0.4% to a population of 59,727.
