Khammam: Congress leaders in Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka’s constituency created ruckus by clashing with the BRS cadres at different places during counting of votes.

In Ramakrishnapuram village of Chintakani mandal, Khammam district, Congress leaders and workers frustrated by their impending defeat in the Sarpanch elections attacked BRS workers with sticks and rods.
