Bhatkal: Sahil Malik, S/o Sartaj Malik, secured the most prestigious academic award of Islamia Anglo Urdu High School (IAUHS), Bhatkal for the year 2025–26, while Mohammed Naeem, S/o Nasir Bangali, and Mohammed Naban, S/o Abdul Majeed Sarleshwar, were declared the runners-up. The announcement was made during the school’s 85th annual gathering held on Thursday, December 11, at the Usman Hassan Hall.

The programme commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by student Abdul Qadir, followed by a Naat presented by another student, Mubarak Jafar Namazi.
