Grand jurors have delivered indictments in three human trafficking cases on Cape Cod so far this month, according to a statement from Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert J. Galibois.
Luca Aguilar, 20, of Brewster, was indicted on Dec. 5. According to Galibois, that case began with a report that a 15-year-old was being exploited, and police determined that Aguilar was offering marijuana and vapes in exchange for sex with the girl.
Additionally, the DA said Aguilar was found to be engaging in sexual activity and soliciting nude images from two other children.
Aguilar faces charges including trafficking persons for sexual servitude, attempted rape of a child and counts related to child pornography.
