Queen Camilla welcomed a special group of Christmas helpers to Clarence House.
On Thursday, Dec. 11, the Queen, 78, hosted a group of children from the Helen & Douglas House in Oxfordshire and Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity at her London home. She declared that "Christmas has started" upon the arrival of the group, which included children with life-threatening illnesses.
