A renovated Colonial in Westbury is on the market for nearly $1.7 million. The taxes are $12,386.

Built in 1965, the home contains five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was renovated in 2017, with updates made to the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring at that time, said listing agent Stevie Fisher, of The Agency.

"This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac," Fisher said. "The only people coming onto that street are people who live here."
