A critically acclaimed period drama that fans insist improves with every episode has landed on Channel 4's streaming platform.

The White Queen first graced BBC One screens in 2013, captivating both critics and audiences. The series draws from Philippa Gregory's historical novel collection, The Cousins' War.

Set during the War of the Roses, viewers follow three women battling for England's throne. The official description reads: "War ravages England in 1464 during a blood feud between the House of York and the House of Lancaster over who is the country's true king."
