KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. (WCJB) — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released a preliminary investigation into a deadly stunt plane crash in Keystone Heights from last month.

Warren Cilliers, 46, a pilot, was killed in the plane crash on Nov. 8.

Investigators said he and a few other pilots were practicing for an air show near the Florida International Rally and Motorsport Park.

The NTSB said Cilliers wasn’t able to recover after his plane spun out and crashed.
