A Detroit man was indicted by a federal grand jury, accused of trying to murder special agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, federal prosecutors in Detroit said.
Terrance Markyce Davis, 33, was indicted Dec. 10 on seven counts − felon in possession of a firearm, carjacking, brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, assaulting ATF special agents, discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and attempted murder of ATF special agents, according to the indictment provided by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Detroit.
