Jamie-Lynn Sigler is heading to Grey’s Anatomy !

On Thursday (December 11), it was announced that the 44-year-old The Sopranos actress has joined the ABC medical drama in a guest-starring role.

Jamie-Lynn will be appearing on the January 15, 2026 episode as Dr. Laura Kaplan, a urologist living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Her character will be visiting Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital at “the request of Catherine Fox ( Debbie Allen ) and offers Richard ( James Pickens Jr. ) a unique perspective on his case,” according to Deadline .

The role was created specifically for Jamie-Lynn , who has been living with MS for more than two decades. This will mark her return to TV after a three-year break.
