INDIANAPOLIS — Braden Smith has been named the Colts ’ 2025 recipient of the Ed Block Courage Award, an award voted on by a player’s teammates to recognize courageous play from an individual.
Smith is battling a concussion this week, but the veteran right tackle has started all 13 games this season, returning to the lineup after a battle with religious scrupulosity, a specific type of obsessive-compulsive disorder, forced him away from the team for the final five games of the 2024 season.
