Woman’s lawsuit against local immigration attorney settled while disciplinary case proceeds

CROWN POINT — An immigration attorney, his law firm and a former client have agreed to settle a lawsuit in which the client accused the attorney of behaving inappropriately toward her while providing her family legal services in 2023.
