Former Deputy Judge-Executive Dan Price was formally arraigned Thursday in Pulaski County Circuit Court on charges he was indicted on in November.

Price pleaded not guilty to charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (Second Offense), two counts of first-degree Wanton Endangerment, second-degree Criminal Mischief and Falsely Reporting an Incident.
