Prosecutors allege that two brothers killed a man during a fight at a Gresham gas station early Sunday morning. While one brother held the man in a chokehold, court documents allege, the second shot the man in the head with his own gun.
Alejandro Perez-Magdaleno and Ricardo Perez-Magdaleno both face second-degree murder charges in the alleged killing, which happened in the parking lot of an ARCO gas station on West Powell Boulevard and Miller Avenue around 1 a.m., court records state.
Gresham police responded to the scene after reports of gunfire and found 48-year-old Laquincy Fletcher dead from a gunshot wound. No suspect remained at the scene, police said.
Court records filed by prosecutors this week say security cameras captured the entire incident on video.
