CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Seven children in Albemarle County and Charlottesville have been recognized for representing how water works.

Charlottesville, the Albemarle County Service Authority, and the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority announced this year’s winners of the Imagine a Day Without Water Youth Art Contest.
