On Saturday, the reigning champs, Edna Karr Cougars will take on the St. Augustine Purple Knights.

WDSU Reporter Shay O'Connor was live outside of the Superdome after speaking with people on both sides.

The Purple and Gold pride for both schools is real. With both hoping to take home the Big "W".

Jamar McKneely, the CEO of InspireNOLA Schools said, "I think the thing that's the most special is we are playing St. Augustine High School who is also a partner of our organization. We do a lot together in the community."
