Meghan King’s new custody deal with ex-husband Jim Edmonds will reportedly allow her to have her three kids for “a few weeks every summer” following a Child Protective Services investigation.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum agreed to let daughter Aspen, 8, and 7-year-old twins Hart and Hayes live with Edmonds full-time in Tennessee, a source told Us Weekly Thursday.

Reps for King and Edmonds were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Page Six reported Monday that the exes had reached a custody agreement a short time before they were set to appear before a judge on Dec. 9.

“The custody hearing has been called off, and both sides have reached an agreement that is in the best interests of the children,” Edmonds’ rep, Steve Honig, told us.
