They made sure seniors can continue living at home in dignity, brought joy to children each Christmas who otherwise might have gone without, founded a beloved music festival and led a community college to greatness.

They are the four 2025 Community Champions, one each chosen from Boone, Ogle, Stephenson and Winnebago counties for giving back to their communities in profound ways.
