CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - For the second time in less than six months, federal prosecutors and law enforcement officials spoke about violence on Charlotte light rails.
Thursday’s press conference was on the same day the man accused of killing a Ukrainian woman on a light rail in August made their first appearance in federal court.
It was a quick hearing this morning in court for Decarlos Brown Jr., the man charged with murdering Iryna Zarutska on the light rail.
