Sherrone Moore would have done well to heed the words of college football icon Nick Saban .

Saban spent 28 years coaching at the collegiate level. He has forgotten more about football than most people will ever learn, and his vast experience has also taught him to navigate life off the field.

Moore, on the other hand, just got started. He took over as the head coach at Michigan nearly two years ago, but has already been booted . The sad part is that his firing has nothing to do with football.

After going 8-5 and 9-3 in two seasons, having previously won a national championship as an offensive coordinator, there’s no doubting his acumen. He’s now going to find it extremely difficult to secure another job in football after his dismissal.
