BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) - A former Beloit teacher accused of sexual misconduct with several students appeared in Rock County Court Thursday.
Andre Dekok, 61, made his initial appearance virtually from the Green County Jail.
He faces charges of sexual assault of a student by school staff and two counts of child enticement.
The Green County Jail confirmed with WMTV that they are holding Dekok for Rock County because of a special circumstance in the case.
A criminal complaint released in November stated DeKok was a teacher and coach of multiple sports at Beloit Memorial High School for over 30 years before he retired in 2021.
On Thursday, WMTV received an amended criminal complaint for Dekok.
It now lists a third charge, a second count of child enticement after police interviewed a fourth
