BURLINGTON — November in Vermont brought multiple snow storms — with some counties seeing a foot or more in higher elevations — sending the signal to plowing teams across the state that winter conditions are well on their way. On the forefront of snow plowing and storage is pollutant management.
In Burlington’s Public Works department, there’s a team of 16 that makes the rounds after the snow has settled.
