In a social media post, Mr Modi said that Mr Rajnikanth’s performances have captivated generations and have earned extensive

admiration.

The Prime Minister added that his body of work spans diverse roles and genres, consistently setting benchmarks.

He also noted that the actor has completed 50 years in the world of films.
