Sophie Nélisse just made her debut on Heated Rivalry as Shane’s new girlfriend, Rose Landry.

While some people might be seeing Sophie for the first time, many viewers will be familiar with her work already!

Sophie had her big break at the age of 13 in the war drama movie The Book Thief , which earned her a Critics Choice Awards nomination for Best Young Actor/Actress. She’s probably best known though for her work as Shauna Shipman on the Showtime series Yellowjackets .

Sophie is French Canadian and grew up in Montreal, which is also the setting of her episode of Heated Rivalry . On the show, she plays movie star Rose Landry, who meets Hudson Williams ‘ Shane Hollander while she’s in town filming a movie.
