India is a land of breathtaking natural beauty with its rivers, mountains and forests. However, the issue of cleanliness can spoil the charm of India’s natural wonders. One such incident came to light when a Russian woman pointed out the trash around Uttarakhand’s Chandrashila while on a trek there. The woman, Tatyana aka Tanya, who goes by the Instagram handle @tanya_in_india, cleaned up some of the litter there.

In a video, Tatyana recalled her experience at Chandrashila and said she collected some of the rubbish lying in the area while trekking there to dispose of it safely.
