TalkBox LLC, a Boulder-based company that designs sound-resistant privacy booths, has been acquired by Burlington, Vermont-based Mamava Inc.
Terms of the deal, which closed Nov. 20, were not disclosed.
TalkBox’s privacy booths are used for calls, meetings, telehealth and wellness. Mamava designs and provides private, app-enabled lactation pods and lactation space solutions for breastfeeding parents in public spaces such as airports, stadiums, hospitals and offices.
