A decade has passed since Jenn Cristy gave fans a studio album. The singer/songwriter/musician had so much fun making this new one that editors had to delete the sounds of Cristy's giggling. (They kept a little.)
"Right Where I Should Be" came out in October, and Cristy almost surprised herself; she wasn't sure she'd ever do another full-length studio album.
"I made the decision to focus more on my original music and my tribute to Tina Turner (for which Cristy has become known) for the foreseeable future back in the Spring," Cristy said. Recognizing the growth that results from making decades of music, she yearned to utilize that growth in her own work.
