'I died for 11 minutes and went to heaven and hell, I'll never forget the smell'

A woman who was clinically dead for 11 minutes has told how her experience will never leave her. Charlotte Holmes says she saw both heaven and hell - and what she saw changed her life .

Charlotte, then 68, fell critically ill during what should have been a routine cardiac appointment. During her visit to the cardiologist, her blood pressure suddenly rocketed to a dangerous 234 over 134.

Medical staff informed her she would need to remain in hospital whilst they worked to bring her blood pressure under control. Speaking to The 700 Club , she described how her near-death experience began to unfold.
