NEW DELHI: India has streamlined procedures to fast-track business visas for Chinese professionals, a significant move aimed at improving relations between the two powers and addressing long-standing delays that have cost billions in lost output due to a shortage of skilled technicians, Reuters reported on Friday. Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun noted the move as a "positive" one.
