Man charged in Millard student’s death in crash back in court Friday

The Bennington man charged in connection with the death of a 16-year-old Millard West student will be back in court Friday.

Christopher Luke, 32, pleaded not guilty on Oct. 8 to one count of motor vehicle homicide for the April crash that killed Elise Cole . Luke is out on release and is facing up to one year in prison, a $1,000 fine, or both for the misdemeanor charge.
