An environmental group is suing to stop the use of Trump's portrait on some 2026 National Park Service annual passes.

The lawsuit alleges the new design violates a law requiring the pass to feature a winning photo from an annual contest.

The lawsuit also challenges the creation of separate, differently priced passes for US residents and foreign visitors.
