An SNP councillor - who did not take part in Wednesday's vote - objected to plans to develop Perth and Kinross Council's former council offices and chambers into a hotel. ‌

On Wednesday, December 10 councillors voted by 31 votes to six, with two abstentions, to nominate Lock Terrace as developers of the revised Perth 1-5 High St hotel project. ‌
