A house in Milford that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hunterdon County in the past week.

In total, 137 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $566,709, or $284 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $905K, detached house at 71 Big Spring Road

A 2,941-square-foot single-family residence at 71 Big Spring Road in Califon, has been sold. The total purchase price was $905,000, $308 per square foot. The house was built in 1986. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
