A house in Pennsville that sold for $375,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Salem County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of seven residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $208,571. The average price per square foot was $124.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $110K, detached house at 38 Elvin Ave.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family home at 38 Elvin Ave. in Penns Grove. The price was $110,000. The house was built in 1940 and the living area totals 2,228 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $49. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.
