GRAND FORKS — A group of green and red, the UND Varsity Gentlemen stood before a long line of people waiting for their turn at a carriage ride during this year’s HollyDazzle on Nov. 23. As they waited, they listened to the group of young men as they sang different Christmas tunes, backdropped by the setting sun.
Brady Pagnac, president of the group, said it had been caroling for HollyDazzle since before he became a member. He’s not sure if the Varsity Gentlemen reached out to the Downtown Development Association or if it reached out to the group, but it’s a yearly event he enjoys taking part in.
