George Clarke has jumped to the defence of one of his Strictly Come Dancing co-stars after they received hate online from fans of the show. The dancing competition is one of the most popular shows on the BBC and attracts a large audience who feel extremely passionate about the programme.

This often means many of them take to social media to share their opinions, and this can unfortunately include some very hateful comments. After yet another intense dance off on Sunday, December 7, which featured Love Island's Amber Davies , fans of the show have been especially hard on the reality star.
