There are those who believe that a bottle of Champagne should be served only on very special occasions. Then there’s Leah Jackson, owner of Niche Wine Bar in Vancouver, who believes Champagne is something to be enjoyed any day.

Jackson has been the reigning Queen of Champagne in Vancouver since opening Niche Wine bar 13 years ago. She has stocked her bar inside the River View Tower building for the winter holidays with bottles of Champagne and other sparkling wines.
