Over the past couple of years, Netflix has been licensing again from distributors of all shapes and sizes who had previously turned off the taps in favor of keeping everything they own to themselves. One by one, many have begun returning to Netflix. Since mid-November, MGM, now owned by Amazon and Prime Video, has started licensing again in the US and internationally to Netflix.

In the United States, we’ve already seen multiple MGM movies licensed beginning in late November, with more coming throughout December and, as we now know, into 2026. Those added in November include:
