New Delhi- The Centre on Thursday informed the Parliament that it has taken notice of instances of dubious firms involved in fake recruitment job offers, having lured Indian nationals mostly through social media channels to South-East Asian countries, and to date over 6,700 Indians have been rescued from Cambodia, Myanmar and Lao PDR.
Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh said this in a written response to a query in Rajya Sabha.
