A jury has been seated for the trial of Larry Richmond Senior.

He’s accused of the murder of Evansville firefighter Robert Doerr.

A hearing will decide whether Doerr’s widow, Elizabeth Fox Doerr, will testify.

She’s already been convicted in the case and is serving a 90-year sentence.

Testimony in Richmond’s trial is slated to begin Monday.
