Anheuser-Busch says it is closing its New Hampshire plant after over 50 years.

Boston.com reports that the maker of Budweiser and Bud Light plans on shutting down the Merrimack facility earlier next year. The New Hampshire facility has been in operation for 54 years and employs about 125 people.

Employees who work there will be transferred to other plants across the country, and employees who choose not to relocate will receive severance packages.

The beer company is also closing facilities in California and New Jersey. The three facilities employee a combined 475 people.
