Star Indian batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has said that he does not care about what a person says behind him and how he is being sledged on the field, adding that he was just looking to do what he wanted to and didn’t pay a lot of attention to the incessant chatter from UAE wicketkeeper Saleh Amin.
Vaibhav’s knock, featuring nine boundaries and 14 sixes, set a new world record for the most fours in a single Youth ODI innings. His explosive display propelled India to 433/6, a total that proved more than enough as the Ayush Mhatre-led team bagged a dominant 234-run victory over the UAE.
The India vs UAE Colts clash turned fiery, with Amin sledging Vaibhav from behind the stumps. The latter, however, refused to back down, responding by dispatching the bowlers all over the park.
