Artur Beterbiev wants the trilogy with Dmitry Bivol, and he’s waiting on the St. Petersburg fighter to get off what he’s calling “sick leave.” When asked about his return, the Russian made it clear his next fight should be against the undisputed light heavyweight champion.

As per Beterviev, he just needs two to three months to prepare once Bivol’s ready, but he’s not rushing back immediately. The most important part of his statement was about keeping promises; everyone who said there would be a third fight needs to honor that word.
