RUSKIN, Fla. — A Bay area company is emerging as a leader in saving Florida’s rapidly disappearing coral reefs.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, nearly 90% of live coral in the Florida Keys has been los t, but efforts are underway to reverse that trend — including work happening more than 300 miles away in Ruskin.
